In his new role, Derrick will be involved in creating new partnerships with corporate clients as well as managing the company’s expert recruiting and retention efforts.

Derrick comes to MyExpertSolution with nearly 20 years of experience in the software development and technology industry. His job roles have included international development, project management and process management, with a focus on client implementations and localization projects. Most recently, he was a client implementation partner with Encover, helping companies market and sell service contracts. Prior to Encover, he was a senior project manager with Sirsi Dynix, a leading provider of technology services and software for libraries. Previous employers also include Novell and WordPerfect.
