David Springer, President of NIP Programs, has been selected by the Board of the Target Markets Program Administrators Association to fill the position of TMPAA President Elect. Dave will assume the position of President at the conclusion of current President Jeremy Hitzig’s term in 2013. The Target Markets Program Administrators Association is the leading U.S. based association devoted to the unique needs of insurance program specialists.
David Springer has been President of NIP Programs, a national leader in Program Administration, since 2005. Since taking over NIP Programs, Mr. Springer has developed the business into a world class program administrator. Under his leadership, NIP Programs has expanded from one to twelve successful national programs and was awarded the prestigious Best Practices Designation from the Target Markets Program Administrators Association (TMPAA). Evaluation for TMPAA’s Best Practices Designation involves a rigorous and complete third party review of the business operations of nominees, and recognizes those that are best of breed operations.
Mr. Springer is a member of several industry associations and was elected in 2007 to the Board of Directors of the Target Markets Program Administrators Association. Mr. Springer graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Arts and Science.
